I will be offering a limited number of New Mexican Green Chile Apple Pies! The recipe comes from my father who lives in Albuquerque, and Thanksgiving for my family is not complete without it!
Don't be the person who shows up with a boring pumpkin or apple pie to your holiday feast. This sweet and spicy, super moist pie is a crustless/deep-dish creation (think more like a cobbler) made with the best local apples and authentic New Mexico Hatch green chiles, topped with a sweet and savory crumble featuring the heavenly flavor of whole pine nuts. This pie is truly unlike anything you've had, but always steals the show. At my Thanksgiving last year, it was the one dessert that actually got finished. All pies are gluten-free and a vegan option is available!
